This full-time position is located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA and provides configuration management, CDRL data management, quality assurance, and software engineering support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition life-cycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the war-fighter.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties includ</strong><strong>e, but not limited to:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Support configuration management (CM), data management (DM), and quality assurance (QA) activities in accordance with Air Force and DoD standards, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manage configurations of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes, and audits.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and administer Configuration Management Plans and maintain CM files, status accounting records, and baselines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Convene and manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Nuclear Configuration Control Boards (NCCBs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs), and Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRBs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Track and manage Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Problem Reports (PRs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct and support audits including Functional and Physical Configuration Audits (FCAs/PCAs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain the CM library and software repositories.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support data calls, review CDRLs, monitor contractor compliance, and manage data item deliveries.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure configuration control for IT systems, including planning, data analysis, and documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide QA checks, licensing support, and packaging/delivery of software.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support baseline integrity including major/minor releases and patches.</p></li>\n <li><p>Review and analyze contractor CM programs and data submissions for compliance and completeness.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide CM/DM input to acquisition documentation (SOWs, SOOs, PWSs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure compliance with applicable DoD regulations and data policies (e.g., DoDI 5230.24, DFARS 252.227-7013, ASSIST).</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>:</strong>Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>BS/BA Degree</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>7+ years of relevant experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>IT configuration management experience in a DoD environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with HW/SW configuration audits and CM tool management</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in CM documentation, version control, inventory management, and baseline control</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and change control processes</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with release documentation, reports, and database input</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work both independently and in a team environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>MA/MS Degree</p>\n<p><strong>Years of experience: </strong>10+ years of relevant work experience within the DoD/DoW, preferably in the Air Force Acquisitions community</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Technical Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Configuration management (hardware/software)</p></li>\n <li><p>CDRL processing and compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Change management and audit support</p></li>\n <li><p>Software version control and release documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with CM tools and data archival system</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and technical writing ability</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborative team player in an integrated product team environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Hanscom AFB, MA</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>10%</p>\n<p><strong>Remote, On-site, or Hybrid: </strong>On-site</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-DD1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
