This includes individual, triadic, and group supervision, clinical consultation, documentation review, and training. The role supports clinical development, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters relationships with academic institutions to support intern engagement and workforce development.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide clinical supervision and support across multiple sites and service models, including in-person and virtual formats as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate weekly individual, triadic, and group clinical supervision for assigned caseloads of BBS-registered staff and graduate student interns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide clinical consultation and support for supervisees, including guidance on assessment practices and documentation standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform quality assurance reviews of medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and provide clinical feedback on assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes completed by supervisees, including co-signing clinical documentation as indicated.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and support the quality and effectiveness of clinical services across programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with program and organizational leadership to address barriers to effective care and documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead or coordinate onboarding for new supervisees, including documentation training and clinical workflows.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide ongoing in-service training to support clinical skill development and professional growth.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize evidence-based supervision practices, including live observation, audio/video review, and structured feedback tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with academic institutions to maintain intern placements, attend intern fairs, and support the intern-to-employee pipeline.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Practice open and effective communication with program leadership, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a culture of clinical excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning among supervisees and graduate interns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain confidentiality of client care and ensure supervisees adhere to ethical and legal standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend monthly Clinical Supervisor&rsquo;s Clinical Supervision group and other meetings as assigned by Supervisor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Master&rsquo;s degree and current active CA BBS license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must meet BBS requirements to serve as a clinical supervisor, including completion of required supervision training hours and ongoing continuing education in supervision.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Parent-Child Interactive Therapy Certification is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated cultural competency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to travel between sites and use standard office and telehealth equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a remote-first position, provided the employee has a confidential home workspace.
