The primary areas of focus for this role include coaching team members, monitoring process flow, and driving performance on the production floor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices relating to the food industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in MS Office as well as ability to learn ERP system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient completion of the production</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee all production employees on the production floor and lead multiple packing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assign production employees to designated production</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with management to determine which production lines are</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure production schedule is adhered to and completed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Continuous on-the-job training and coaching of production</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure availability of all raw product as well as accuracy of packaging inventory and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor product flow to ensure continuous operations without delay or lost</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Continuously monitoring for product quality and overall accuracy of the operation and when required, work with quality control department to address production quality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure that accurate logs are maintained regarding production line</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of daily allocations in the ERP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adjust production schedule as required in collaboration with management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Involvement in all continuous improvement projects (including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, 5S).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance to Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations, GMPs and EarthFresh policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
