Now looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Tech I to join our team at Harbour Lights Resort located in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges. Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components. Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges. Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets. Other duties as assigned by leader.
