font-size: 10pt\">needs within the school building and grounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Fix minor plumbing issues like leaky faucets or clogged drains</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Address minor electrical problems like replacing light bulbs or loose outlets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Conduct minor carpentry repairs like fixing doors, windows, or furniture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Custodial Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supply restrooms as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Clean up areas as needed (example: large spills, preparation for large events, rain days)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Power wash sidewalks/pavement and facades as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Clean windows, glass partitions or mirrors as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 18, 12); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Safety and Security</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Identify and report potential safety hazards within the school building and grounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Fix minor security issues like loose door locks or malfunctioning door closers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Follow all safety protocols and procedures<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">General Duties: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Maintain clear communication with administration and fellow colleagues regarding maintenance requests and project completion</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Includes responding to emails or texts within 24 hours </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Respond to phone calls or phone messages in a timely manner (usually within the hour)</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs that fall beyond your expertise</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 10pt\">Includes meeting vendors on site and reviewing issues at hand together</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Education, Experience and Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High School degree or GED preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with cleaning materials, such as soap, detergents, and solvents<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
