This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><p>As a Press Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.</li><li>Ensure all products meet specifications and production requirements.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all PPE and safety standards.</li><li>Transport materials, perform measurements, and support preventative maintenance efforts.</li><li>Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute).</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of relevant manufacturing or press operator experience.</li><li>Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, squatting, etc.).</li><li>Basic communication, math, and computer skills.</li><li>Willingness to become forklift certified.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>You&rsquo;ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily.
