Our unique business model offers direct access to decision-makers, great technology, great products, and competitive pricing that position our teams to go into the market and win business.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>About the role:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<p>The<strong>&nbsp;Commercial Loan Closer</strong>&nbsp;facilitates the loan closing process while providing a high quality of customer service while complying with Bank Policy and Federal Regulations.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Review and structure complex commercial, commercial real estate, and construction loan documentation, including letters of credit and supporting documentation, to ensure that all loan documents are:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\n\t\t<li>Complete and accurate</li>\n\t\t<li>In compliance with federal regulations, compliant with terms and conditions as approved by the appropriate lending body</li>\n\t\t<li>In adherence to CFBank policies prior to the disbursement of loan proceeds</li>\n\t\t<li>Identify, report funding exceptions appropriately</li>\n\t\t<li>Post-review of attorney-prepared loan documentation, including the supporting documentation</li>\n\t\t<li>Post-closing follow-up for recorded documentation, tickler set up etc.</li>\n\t\t<li>Identifying and reporting loan closing and documentation issues</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a close working relationship with credit regarding loan structure and financial and covenant requirements</li>\n\t<li>Provide outstanding customer service and display a positive attitude at all times.</li>\n\t<li>Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record-keeping requirements.
