Responsibilities A day in the life: Respond to new inquiries and manage intake pipeline Schedule and confirm initial assessments Educate families on ABA services and company offerings Close new cases and drive service starts Track performance metrics and conversion rates Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Strong sales or admissions background Enjoy high-volume phone outreach (50–100 calls per day) Personality-first communicator with high emotional intelligence Worked in commission-based or performance-driven roles Comfortable handling objections and guiding difficult conversations Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously Healthcare experience preferred but not required Benefits Benefits and Perks Created to Support You: Enjoy competitive PTO, paid sick leave, health/dental/vision coverage, and a 401K with match — because great work deserves great benefi:ts.
