    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Commissioning Field Engineer team is responsible for performing final testing, startup, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, including breakers, transformers, switches, switchgear, relays, and motor control centers, as well as other electrical apparatus both in the field and in a manufacturing environment. An understanding of sophisticated electrical distribution systems of complex electrical test equipment is required. You will contribute to a safe working environment for co-workers and customers and help ensure the overall success of projects.  Local, regional, and national travel may be required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists more experienced Commissioning specialist coordinating, and reviewing electrical deliverables</li>\n <li>Prepares and reviews simple electrical sketches, CX plans, and data sheets</li>\n <li>Performs simple routine electrical calculations</li>\n <li>Assists in review of supplier documentation for compliance with specifications</li>\n <li>Uses the electrical engineering web site to access department guides and standards</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Commissioning, inspection and testing of electrical components and system </li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic electrical engineering theories</li>\n <li>Basic power system familiarity with switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, power panels, protection relays, UPS systems, power monitoring systems, test equipment, etc.</li>\n <li>Proficient with technical writing</li>\n <li>Knowledge of advance mathematics</li>\n <li>Basic awareness of industry codes and standards</li>\n <li>Good communications skills</li>\n <li>Willing to travel to customer sites periodically</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicants selected must have minimum 8+ years of relevant electrical experience with HS diploma or GED OR associate’s degree with minimum 6+ years of relevant electrical experience OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2+ years of relevant electrical experience </li>\n <li>Possess a valid/active U.S. Work Authorization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Expectations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Electronics Installation and/or Maintenance on Multiple Systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Using trade drawings e.g.: architectural, electrical, mechanical and civil to identify potential design and installation problems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of industry standards including sections of NETA ATS/MTS, NEC, NFPA 70E, etc.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired / Advantageous Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>OEM certified field service training program.</p></li>\n <li><p>Certifications (desired/advantageous): NETA level III, or IV preferred</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer an excellent benefits package including:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A competitive salary</p></li>\n <li><p>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid time off</p></li>\n <li><p>Tuition reimbursement</p></li>\n <li><p>401k Retirement Plan</p></li>\n <li><p>Military Reserve pay offset</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid maternity leave</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. </li>\n <li>Sitting for extended periods of time. </li>\n <li>Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. </li>\n <li>Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. </li>\n <li>Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. </li>\n <li>Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. </li>\n <li>Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. </li>\n <li>Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. </li>\n <li>Identify and understand the speech of another person.</li>\n</ul>",
