      "content": "\n<li>Operate, maintain, and test equipment, components, and systems associated with plant operations</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot assigned systems and equipment, including cooling water, compressed air, HVAC, liquid nitrogen, cryogenic plant, and electrical distribution</li>\n<li>Coordinate, oversee, and/or perform field work activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution</li>\n<li>Operate plant equipment in compliance with established safety protocols</li>\n<li>Perform switching and tagging (LOTO) to support site maintenance and operations</li>\n<li>Develop new operating procedures for systems being designed, built, and commissioned</li>\n<li>Create maintenance plans for new systems to ensure long-term reliability</li>\n<li>Support training efforts to prepare operations staff for safe and effective plant operations</li>\n<li>Work 12-hour, rotating shifts (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays) to ensure full time coverage of the facility</li>\n"

      "text": "What we’re looking for:",
      "content": "\n<li>High School Graduate/GED or Bachelors degree</li>\n<li>5+ years in operations at complex facilities</li>\n<li>Experience in high-voltage and/or complex electrical environments</li>\n<li>Experience with large cooling water systems</li>\n<li>Previously qualified in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) / Tagging Program&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Complex facility operations (power plant, oil &amp; gas, LNG, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong safety background&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and theory of operation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt and excel in a constantly changing environment</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly&nbsp;</li>\n"
