This role is primarily backend-oriented (~60–70%), focused on designing, building, and optimizing scalable services, APIs, and data systems.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has deep expertise in .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server, along with experience in AWS and performance optimization. Frontend experience with React or Vue is expected, but secondary. Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.</p>\n<p>The role also includes a meaningful operational component (~20–30%), supporting production systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving system reliability.</p>\n<p>Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UI/UX, and Operations teams are essential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location &amp; Work Status</span></p>\n<p><br>This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">remote, full-time contractor position based in Mexico</span>. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for invoicing for your services. You'll work closely with our team across departments, participating in meetings and contributing to company initiatives. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS:</span></p>\n<p><br>• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform, focusing on enhancing throughput and reducing latency.<br>• Implement new features, improvements, and fixes to the software, ensuring its accuracy, reliability, and user experience.<br>• Maintain and Improve Web Applications.
