This role serves as a stepping stone towards broader leadership roles in the industry, including Project Management.</p><p><br><strong>How You’ll Contribute:</strong><br>•    Collect, review, and process Submittal and RFI project documentation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant partners.<br>•    Compose meeting minutes, and interoffice memos, and format correspondence for various stakeholders including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.<br>•    Coordinate and monitor the bid package process, ensuring comprehensive quote coverage.<br>•    Assist in the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of project billings (draws) from start to finish.<br>•    Activate and maintain accurate project files, including logs for AIA change orders, pending change orders, permits, submittals, RFI’s, etc.<br>•    Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, actively managing project timelines.<br>•    Attend project meetings, contributing to effective communication and collaboration within the team.<br>•    Maintain close-out documents for project completion, including O&M manuals.<br>•    Uphold our commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with the project safety program and actively participating in safety inspections.</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>•    Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.<br>•    Familiarity with Primavera Scheduling, SureTrak, MS Project, Timberline, Asta Powerproject, and CMiC is a plus.<br>•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br><br>*Note to Recruiters, Placement Agencies, and Similar Organizations: Wohlsen does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies.
