          "text": "<p>MS NOW is looking for an experienced Senior Producer for the new 11AM weekday show.</p><p>This position is based in Washington, D.C.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Executive Producer in the supervision of the editorial vision of each day, including suggesting stories and guests for the show</li><li>Fill in for the Executive Producer when needed</li><li>Supervise and copy edit segment producers’ scripts</li><li>Directly manage members of the show staff</li><li>Coach and mentor team members on and outside the team</li><li>Write and produce segments on occasion</li><li>Manage the live show from the control room during regular programming and breaking news</li><li>Drive the show planning process</li><li>Lead production of content for digital platforms, social media &amp; MS NOW’s DTC products</li></ul>",
