    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.28.24/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Scope</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>This individual will assist the Supervisor &ndash; Nonferrous Settlements, Sr. Vice President Nonferrous Marketing and the Nonferrous Traders with account settlements, tracking claims, downgrades, completing reports. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Analyzes all NF settlements/claims.</li><li>Reviews domestic customer downgrades, confirming issues with facilities &amp; settling disputes. &nbsp;Advises marketing administration so changes are entered into SAI.</li><li>Tracks all overseas claims, working with Singapore office, outside agents, overseas customers as well as U.S. Traders/suppliers to resolve issues.</li><li>Work with Supervisor &ndash; Nonferrous Settlements to discuss downgrade/claims with consumer to understand situation. &nbsp;Help determine validity of downgrade with consumers, customers, shipping yard &amp; brokerage supplier.</li><li>Document all downgrades/claims based on shipping/brokerage supplier and by consumer/customers in order to provide Traders with information need to make best purchase/sale.</li><li>Create reports/graphs as needed to document claims/settlements.</li><li>Miscellaneous responsibilities as required</li><li>Assist Supervisor Nonferrous Settlements with converter related work.</li><li>Assist with tracking hedge position spreadsheet</li><li>Prepares worksheets received from Traders &amp; forwards to Marketing Admin for contract completion</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education/Experience</strong>:</p><p>High School diploma or GED required; prefer college degree along with prior experience in scrap industry. &nbsp;Demonstrated ability to communicate with both internal and external customers in an appropriate manner. &nbsp;Proficient on all Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. &nbsp; Proficiency in Excel required.</p><p><strong>Supervision</strong></p><p>Reports to Supervisor &ndash; Nonferrous Settlements</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
