This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable working across business and technical teams, and can also step into project management (PM) responsibilities to support and drive delivery across development and QA teams.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>You will be the critical link between business goals and technology solutions, overseeing requirements gathering, planning, and the end-to-end execution of digital commerce initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead conversations, </span><span>facilitate</span><span> decisions, manage outcomes</span><span>, </span></span><span><span>and understand technical solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilitie</span><span>s:</span></span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for eCommerce and digital initiatives (web, mobile, APIs, microservices).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Translate business goals into user stories, process flows, data mappings, and wireframes that guide technical teams.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as a proxy product owner when needed and ensure backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business SMEs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support project management efforts such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Drive alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure feature scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee QA and UAT processes, including test case validation and defect triage.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> in change management and support the creation of training documentation as part of deployment readiness.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor project KPIs and delivery progress; escalate risks and blockers proactively.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help guide the user experience and design of applications in collaboration with stakeholders and designers.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Must</span><span>-Have</span><span> Skill</span><span>s:<br></span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>7</span><span>+</span><span> years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in digital/eCommerce environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven experience working in retail or wholesale commerce systems (e.g., POS, OMS, WMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, payment gateways).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong background in digital product delivery – including responsive websites, mobile apps, and APIs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
