This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with 5+ years of experience who excels at building Tableau dashboards, performing exploratory analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.</p><p>This is a <strong>customer-facing role</strong>, requiring the ability to collaborate directly with internal business partners and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using <strong>Tableau</strong></li><li>Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights</li><li>Perform <strong>exploratory data analysis (EDA)</strong> to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities</li><li>Write and optimize <strong>SQL queries</strong> across multiple environments to validate data accuracy</li><li>Design and build <strong>aggregates and semantic layers</strong> for high-performance reporting</li><li>Apply best practices in dashboard design, usability, and performance</li><li>Support migration from <strong>QlikView to Tableau</strong>, ensuring data integrity and consistency</li><li>Validate data quality and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies</li><li>Document dashboards, metrics, and data flows for governance and scalability</li><li>Train and support end users on BI tools and reporting best practices</li><li>Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and models for reporting</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <strong>Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting</strong></li><li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong> (multi-dialect experience preferred)</li><li>Expert-level experience with <strong>Tableau</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architecture</strong></li><li>Experience building <strong>semantic layers and performance-optimized reporting datasets</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>data visualization best practices and dashboard performance tuning</strong></li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>QlikView to Tableau migration</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>modern cloud data platforms</strong></li><li>Background in <strong>data modeling and reporting optimization</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hybrid schedule:</strong> 4 days onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office and 1 day remote</li><li>Collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
