    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> Junior Test Engineer</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:</strong> Lackland AFB, TX</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Clearance:</strong> An active DoD Top Secret w/SCI or above</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical and engineering support for major IT Test and Evaluation (T&amp;E)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document the review, test concept development, test methodology development, test plan development, test execution, and test reporting, data reduction and analysis, and end-user operational testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use Design of Experiments methods to plan and conduct test programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Independently prepare (or direct others in the preparation of) criteria, computation/analyses, specifications, cost estimates test plans, and technical reports in the specific area of technical expertise.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Select and apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate specific problem, data, or other features of the work which are broad in scope and complexity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and evaluate the quantity, quality, and overall adequacy of results and conclusions drawn from accomplishment of test engineering tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Devise new and innovative approaches to problems encountered, and accomplish assigned tasks with efficiency, timeliness, and thoroughness.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate the configuration, capability, and operational relevance of test environments and ensure they are properly available for the thorough testing of software releases (e.g. fault insertion/fault identification).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deconflict schedule conflicts between multiple releases, providing high quality analysis and recommendations to the program test lead.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate with general instructions; but select portions of work are reviewed in detail to measure adequacy of approach, execution, and presentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform and/or support capability analyses and COTS/GOTS evaluation, select components, and develop system interfaces to ensure compliance with DoD and commercially accepted standards and requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Constructs models and simulations of systems to demonstrate the ability to meet user requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts engineering performance, cost-effectiveness, reliability, technical and schedule risk assessment, and scheduling trade-off studies and document this information in a technical report as directed by the task order.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide aid or guidance as necessary in the accomplishment of other engineering tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to Integrate with other organizations/teams, experience working with Agile Methodologies and secure environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent customer service, communication, and interface skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
