We are a fast-paced growing practice that is always looking for new talent and great employees to enhance our team.</p>\n<p><strong>What is in it for you</strong></p>\n<p>Compensation is $36.00 - $42.00 per hour based upon experience. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares for the pre-assigned cases using physician preference.</li>\n <li>Setting up the operating room prior to surgery.</li>\n <li>Opens supplies/instruments utilizing aseptic technique.</li>\n <li>Pass instruments to surgeons during surgery.</li>\n <li>Follows established policies and procedures as it relates to counting of sponges, instruments etc.</li>\n <li>Initiates corrective action when counts are incorrect.</li>\n <li>Anticipate the need of the surgical team and communicate effectively with the team to ensure quality of patient care.</li>\n <li>Perform any other duties assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-year surgical scrub experience (Preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 yrs experience as a Surgical Technician (Required)</li>\n <li>Experience with Endoscopy </li>\n <li>Self-starter who works well independently</li>\n <li>Time management and skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Strong organization with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Good attitude, professionalism, promote team structure</li>\n <li>Surgical Technician Certification (Preferred)</li>\n <li>You must meet the state requirements under the Surgical Technologist law to be considered for this opportunity.</li>\n</ul>",
