As a Prep Dig showcase director, you will be responsible for the execution of our events.</p><p>You will be the face of our events team and responsible for upholding our standard of first-class showcases at locations around the country. Leverage the tools, training, and resources we provide to create an elite experience for all participants</p><p>Responsibilities and Duties</p><ul><li>Planning and Organizing. You will collaborate with our event team in the office and to organize all details and checklists that go into the pre-event preparation of your event including: picking up event supplies, print orders, and organizing participants onto courts. </li><li>Event Execution. You'll be working closely with venues and staff to carry out a great check-in process, run of show and wrap-up to ensure the best experience for all in attendance. </li><li>Communication. You will be responsible for communicating with all event staff including facility contacts.</li><li>Problem Solving. You will be responsible for trouble-shooting any issues that arise onsite during the event. </li></ul><p>Qualifications and Skills</p><ul><li>Organized. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.</li><li>Event Management.  Experience in running showcase events with between 50-200 participants is highly preferred.  </li><li>Decisive and Problem Solving. Proven ability to make decisions under pressure, and solve problems on the fly.</li><li>Personable. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>People Management.  Experience working with and managing groups of people of 10 or more.</li><li>Use of technology.  Must have a laptop or iPad and be proficient in working in Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.</li></ul><p>Benefits and Perks</p><ul><li>Pay. Directors will be paid $400 for one event and $700 for two events back to back. Staff attire and meals are provided. </li><li>Awesome Talent. In addition to running the event, you'll get to see some of the top athletes in the country who will go on and play at the collegiate level.</li><li>Flexible Schedule. We will run events on August 8 at TK Volleyball Club.</li></ul>",
