    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Position Summary:&nbsp;</p><p>Counsel will provide legal advice in a variety of areas, including acting as a resource for general in-house legal questions, assisting with regulatory related questions and bank examinations, reviewing contracts with third party vendors, reviewing and/or revising bank agreements, forms, letters, policies, and procedures, and responding to subpoena requests.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\">Research various areas of the law and develop and update bank agreements, forms, letters, and policies as necessary.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\">Provide legal guidance and prepare agreements, procedures, and other documents necessary for the implementation of projects throughout the bank.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\">Review vendor contracts, leases, and agreements.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\">Assist with the response to third-party subpoenas.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160512613 BCX8\">Assess and respond to legal questions relating to various subjects, including legal and regulatory obligations.</span></span></li><li><span
