Bachelors degree in business or related field required.</p>\n<p>2. Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.</p>\n<p>3. Responsible for the measurement/effectiveness of all internal/external processes.</p>\n<p>4. Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.</p>\n<p>5. Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.</p>\n<p>6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>\n<p>7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially</p>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<p>1. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $180,000.00 to $250.000.
