Program areas include Academic Success, Character &amp; Leadership Development, Sports, Fitness &amp; Recreation, The Arts and Health &amp; Life Skills. Incumbents will hire, train and supervise program staff, oversee care and maintenance of facility and perform related administrative duties.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Utilize programs developed locally and by Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of America to create an environment that fosters a sense of belonging, usefulness, competence and influence for youth.</p><p><br></p><p>Recruit and retain members through flyers, newsletters and word-of-mouth. Responsible for meeting goals for Membership, attendance and impact metrics.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain a safe, clean environment. Ensures proper use and maintenance of Club equipment and property.</p><p><br></p><p>Employ trauma-informed behavior management tools to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all Members.</p><p><br></p><p>Establish strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administration</p><p><br></p><p>Hire, train, supervise and evaluate all direct reports, ensuring a positive and dynamic relationship between all staff and Club members. May include volunteers &amp; independent contractors. Actively leads the team in recruitment efforts and initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Manage financial resources, adhering to monthly budget.</p><p><br></p><p>Complete all administrative tasks in accordance with Organizational deadlines.
