      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Develop and launch assembly processes, workflows, and line layouts</li>\n<li>Define standard work, cycle times, and assembly sequencing</li>\n<li>Lead process validation activities, including PFMEA and Control Plans</li>\n<li>Drive post-launch process improvements&nbsp;(cycle time, yield, downtime, throughput)</li>\n<li>Drive and Collaborate with Industrial Engineering&nbsp;on:\n\n</li><li>Line balancing &amp; labor optimization</li>\n<li>Ergonomics and workstation design</li>\n\n\n<li>Continuously improve BOMs (eBOM → mBOM alignment)&nbsp;and SOPs</li>\n<li>Support assembly of generators, hybrid systems (ESS/battery), and compressors</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement shop-floor driven solutions</li>\n<li>Support and implement engineering changes (ECO/ECN)</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver operator training; maintain skills/certification tracking</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering</li>\n<li>2 -4 years in assembly/process engineering</li>\n<li>Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation</li>\n<li>Strong background in post-launch process improvement</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems</li>\n<li>Experience with BOM management and SOP development</li>\n<li>Experience with generators, compressors, or hybrid/energy systems</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP / MES / PLM systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read electrical &amp; mechanical drawings</li>\n<li>Experience working with Industrial Engineering teams</li>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<li>Experience using AI tools in a practical work environment is a plus but not required. This role does not require software development or programming experience. We are looking for someone who is open to using AI as a tool to help improve process documentation, standard work, SOPs, work instructions, training materials, PFMEA and control plan drafts, data review, and continuous improvement activities.</li>\n<li>The ideal candidate is curious, practical, and able to use AI tools responsibly while still relying on engineering judgment, shop floor validation, and input from operators and cross functional teams.</li>\n\n<div>\n<p><strong>Key Impact Areas:</strong></p>\n\n<li>Improve assembly efficiency &amp; throughput</li>\n<li>Reduce defects, rework, and downtime</li>\n<li>Strengthen process robustness (PFMEA) and control effectiveness (Control Plans)</li>\n<li>Increase BOM accuracy and SOP clarity</li>\n<li>Accelerate operator training and productivity</li>\n\n</div>"
