As we work together to move this project forward, candidates should be informed of the following while considering the position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">This is a contract position due to last through November 2026 (but work may continue after this period). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The job includes on-the-job training for all functions. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Hiring will take place in Hooks, TX in January and throughout the course of the project. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(24, 25, 26); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Demonstration Plant Operations</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(24, 25, 26); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The position will work under a shift lead and work in a team of 8 people. Training will be included. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(24, 25, 26); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(24, 25, 26); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Administration</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(24, 25, 26); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Instrument readouts are recorded and reported to a supervisor. The position requires showing up on time for the shift and notifying a supervisor if they are unable to make their shift.
