We’re currently looking for seasonal Agro Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Position:</strong> Agro Equipment Operator</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Term: </strong>This is a temporary contract for approximately 7 months, from March 2026 to October 2026</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Part-time: </strong>24&nbsp;-&nbsp;36&nbsp;hours per week</p><p><strong>Availability: </strong>Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Operate equipment such as Floaters, Sprayers, and Loaders safely and efficiently</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Conduct pre-operation inspections, routine maintenance, and follow daily maintenance schedules</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Ensure accurate product application, documentation, and timely paperwork submission</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Obtain and maintain WHMIS and TDG certifications; complete required eLearning</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Analyze agricultural trends and promote cross-marketing opportunities with growers</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Load and unload products safely and efficiently</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Maintain cleanliness of equipment, inside and out, on a regular basis</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Coordinate with Agro Delivery Drivers to ensure smooth operations</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and special requests</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of products and services</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Report incidents and concerns to the supervisor promptly</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">High School diploma is preferred</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Must provide an acceptable driver's abstract upon hire</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Class 3 Driver's License is preferred</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Applicators licence required for Sprayer operator</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience in customer service is preferred</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Knowledge of Central Alberta and surrounding area to successfully navigate is an asset</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience with Viper GPS systems is an asset</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Wheel loader and Floater operator experience is an asset</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Working knowledge of Ag.
