We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our Medical Technologists perform, evaluate, interpret, and validate the accuracy of laboratory procedures and results. Testing performed at PCI Lab includes comprehensive chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and serology. PCI&rsquo;s lab is a high complexity lab that is accredited by COLA. This full-time, Monday-Friday, position has flexible hours that vary between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.</li><li>Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.</li><li>Interpret and analyze test results and communicate findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety regulations, and quality control standards.</li><li>Document and record test results and procedures accurately.</li><li>Participate in the development and validation of new laboratory tests and procedures.</li><li>Provide training and support to laboratory staff as needed.</li><li>Perform phlebotomies as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field; or an Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.</li><li>Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) by a recognized certifying agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT).</li><li>Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to operate laboratory equipment and perform complex testing procedures.</li><li>Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) in EMR and related computer systems.</li><li>Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Why Join PCI?</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>No nights or weekends.</li><li>Paid holidays and a generous paid time off program.</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality and compassion in patient care.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PCI is E.O.E.
