If you have a strong desire to work for a leading, global coatings company in the development of new, innovative products, then Red Spot is where you want to be!</p><p>We have an immediate opening for a Production Technician on our 1st and 2<sup>nd</sup> shift at our Evansville, IN facility.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Pour pigments, make tints, and use a formula to create an exact color, consistency and texture.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct test sprays to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.</li><li>Prepare orders into the proper sized containers.</li><li>Operate a forklift &ndash; shipping/receiving and material handling.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to work shift hours: First (6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and Second (2:30 p.m. &ndash; 11 p.m.) Monday-Friday</li><li>Possess general problem solving and math skills</li><li>A keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Complete pre-employment testing to include: Background and health physical, cognitive ability and color blindness testing</li></ul><p><strong><u>Hourly Pay:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>1st shift - $20.25, $21.50 after 90 days</li><li>2nd shift - $21.25, $22.50 after 90 days</li></ul><p><strong><u>Why Join the Team:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Be part of something bigger.
