We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as the supervisor for the respite group home along with program on-call duties</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervises and/or prepares meals according to specific menus and diets</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsibilities include supervising and training program staff, hiring, developing Implementation Plans, and monitoring to ensure plans are being followed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for implementing and monitoring crisis intervention plans for individuals who display aggressive and/or disruptive behaviors</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Transports consumers to and from scheduled day programs, outings, appointments, and recreational functions as required. Includes transporting in cars, minivans, and 15 passenger vans, and maintaining the fleet.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Order, stock, inventory, and rotate food supplies to maintain sufficient quantities to facilitate the operation of the group home with household needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May require periodic on-call duties</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work shifts in respite/crisis respite</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Determine schedule for staff coverage and clients</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) test</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
