    "description_html": "<p>A Carter Lumber Cabinet Installer/Service Technician will perform various repairs for cabinets under warranty.  Knowledge of cabinets including installation will be vital in this position’s success as well as, a strong commitment to customer service.  A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.</p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li value=\"17\">Strong knowledge of building materials and tools</li><li>Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints</li><li value=\"17\">Possess strong math skills</li><li value=\"17\">Ability to follow directions both written and verbal</li><li value=\"17\">Ability to analyze and solve problems</li><li>Valid drivers license, able to pass qualification to operate Carter pickup truck and van (no special license required for either)</li><li>Pass all Carter Lumber employment requirements</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to climb a ladder to heights up to  32’</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p><em>Repairs</em></p><p>Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that quality repairs can be done.  Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.  Conducts cabinets performance tests.  Create and supports a safe work environment on the job site to protect the interest of the company at all times.</p><p><em>Customer Service</em></p><p>Ensures that customers are treated with the utmost respect and given the highest quality of workmanship.  This is accomplished through timely completion of the job, attention to detail, following the company’s code of conduct and the ability to react to problems and complaints in a patient and understanding manner.</p><p><em>Knowledge & Training                                                                                       </em></p><p>Responsible for acquiring the training needed to repair the product safely and efficiently.  Responsible for becoming certified in the product/area that is being repaired to ensure that we are providing the best service to our customers.</p><p><b><u>Benefits (full-time employees):</u></b></p><ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employment </li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional supplemental life insurance </li><li>Company-match 401(k) </li><li>Vacation time and paid holidays </li><li>Vendor incentives </li><li>Room for growth; we promote from within! </li><li>Military encouraged to apply!</li></ul>",
