          "text": "<p>Veolia Water Tech Zone is seeking a key member of our Field Service Management team in the South region (TX/LA/OK/AR) leading a team of two to five professional field leaders and a broader team of multi-skilled operators. Our ideal candidate has an industrial or technical background, preferably in water and wastewater treatment solutions with experience in customer and account management as well as managing a team.</p><p><br>\nKey Characteristics</p><ul><li>Lead fulfillment of the Water Tech Zone Field Service&#xa0;activities within the assigned customer base</li><li>Manage contracts and operations at customer sites ensuring safety, contract compliance, and financial performance</li><li>Responsible for lifecycle management of all assets within the assigned customer base, ensuring the team has necessary tools and skills to prevent failures and deterioration of equipment</li><li>Responsible for all Field Service operational metrics including EHS, quality of service, utilization, profitability and cost to serve</li></ul><p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop and drive business strategies across the assigned portfolio</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Engineering teams to support business growth</li><li>Responsible for building, developing and holding responsible for day-to-day fulfillment of the field service teams</li><li>Partner with HR and Training Team for staffing activities including recruitment and training</li><li>Own development of strong succession plans for the assigned team</li><li>Foster a culture, and drive continuous improvement within the assigned team</li><li>Demonstrate&#xa0;excellent EHS standards and follows policies/procedure</li><li>Lead process improvement, restructuring and business transformation</li><li>Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives</li><li>Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes</li><li>Review Voice of Customer survey results and own closure of identified deficiencies</li><li>Drive timely closure of customer issues or audit findings</li><li>Communicate with leadership and supporting functions and request necessary resources when something is off target</li></ul>",
