Assistance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help clients with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting</span>, ensuring dignity and comfort.</li>\n<li>Assist with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mobility support</span>, including transfers, walking, and repositioning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Wellness Monitoring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">medication reminders</span><span> </span>and report any health concerns.</li>\n<li>Monitor and document<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">changes in the client’s physical and mental condition</span>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Household Support &amp; Companionship:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">light housekeeping</span>, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.</li>\n<li>Offer<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">emotional support and companionship</span><span> </span>to enhance clients’ overall well-being.</li>\n<li>Ensure a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">safe home environment</span><span> </span>by identifying and addressing potential hazards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accurate Documentation &amp;
