    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift</strong></p><p><strong>9:00 pm to 6:00 am</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Support the company&#39;s maintenance program by focusing on plant equipment and building maintenance in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><p>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)</p><p>Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment (e.g., wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC/DC motor drives)</p><p>Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipmentPerform building maintenance and repairs (e.g., air conditioning, lights, forklifts)</p><p>Perform small repairs on equipment to prevent long-term downtime until permanent repairs can be completed</p><p>Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel</p><p>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assigned</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies):</strong></p><p>2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 3+ years in maintenance mechanic role</p><p>Experience with repair or preventive maintenance in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronics</p><p>Working knowledge of CMMS</p><p>Working knowledge of lockout/tagout programs</p><p>Working knowledge of boiler operations</p><p>Experience with ammonia, freon, or other cooling media</p><p>Ability to stick or tig weld small repairs</p><p>Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office</p><p>Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts to identify solutions</p><p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists</p><p>Strong communication skills</p><p>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks</p><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</p>\n<br/>3rd Shift - 9:00 pm to 6:00 am",
