You’ll contribute to the design, delivery, and maintenance of our globally distributed cloud infrastructure, working with a wide range of technologies to ensure resilience, scalability and performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is based at our head office in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bracknell, Berkshire</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities of the role…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure Implementation &amp; Support:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions with zero-downtime deployment practices</li>\n<li>Provide hands-on support for operational issues and contribute to platform reliability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement &amp; Automation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automate workflows and processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monitoring, Observability &amp; Security:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop proactive monitoring strategies and contribute to security best practices</li>\n<li>Participate in incident response, threat simulation and operational runbooks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Troubleshooting &amp; Collaboration:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide 3rd line support and collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve technical issues</li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally with developers to support seamless deployments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">High Availability &amp; Flexibility:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement systems with high availability and disaster recovery in mind</li>\n<li>Support a global, always-on environment with flexibility to respond to evolving business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM field, or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2 years’ experience</span> in a relevant infrastructure or DevOps role</li>\n<li>Familiarity with a range of operating systems, cloud technologies and hardware</li>\n<li>Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python)</li>\n<li>Good understanding of containerisation and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)</li>\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure</li>\n<li>Understanding of security principles and monitoring practices is desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Company…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Content Guru is the largest privately owned provider of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) in Europe.
