font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bar membership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years legal experience (international firms, domestic firms, or in-house ideally in travel, fintech, or SaaS companies)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">U.S. business expansion experience - Must understand different legal requirements across states; experience with foreign tech companies entering U.S. market preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong contract drafting skills - Enterprise SaaS, partnerships, and integrations experience is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47);
