    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Youth Counselor - Overnight</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">General Objective</span><span> </span>The Youth Counselor Overnight (YCO) is a full time entry level line</p>\n<p>worker position that provides for the general care of at-risk youth during late hours,</p>\n<p>sleep hours and early morning for  the residents and manages that timeframe of the</p>\n<p>treatment milieu and routine within a home.
