font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Officer / Officer</span> to join the Account Operations team, supporting endtoend customer account lifecycle activities with a strong focus on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KYC, AML controls, operational accuracy, and regulatory compliance</span>. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The role plays a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">frontline execution function</span> in account onboarding, periodic review, triggerevent handling, and account maintenance, working closely with Financial Crime, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">efficient, compliant, and scalable operations</span>. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contact customers directly via outbound calls, emails or digital channels to obtain information and clarify discrepancies </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
