If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\n<h2>Responsibilities & Skills</h2>\n<p><b>Product Engineering Equipment Technician Job Requirements</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Wafer probe setup, including the loading and testing of wafers</li>\n <li>Visual inspection and ATE testing of packaged semiconductor ICs (both hand test and handler operation) </li>\n <li>Bench testing of semiconductor ICs in support of product characterization</li>\n <li>Basic bring-up and debug of ATE hardware</li>\n <li>Ability to solder discrete small body devices and assemble electrical testing cables and hardware</li>\n <li>Keep labs clean, organized, and well stocked</li>\n <li>Ship and receive parts to/from domestic and overseas company sites.</li>\n <li>Good organizational and communication skills, including the ability to multi-task and provide regular status updates</li>\n <li>Flexibility to occasionally work overtime to support schedule acceleration</li>\n <li>This position will have non-traditional working hours such as 2nd or mid-day shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Education & Experience requirements</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related) is required</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with MS Office environment since often required to email or create/update documents</li>\n <li>Fast Learner and Self-Starter</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>",
