What You Will Do Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program in an entrepreneurial and at times - independent autonomous manner. Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”. Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparables Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers Prospect new client relationships and referral sources Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops Research ownership records, market data and industry trends Attend networking and industry events and connect with industry professionals What We Offer Non-Competitive Management – Our management team is there to train, coach, and support our Agents in growing their businesses; they are no longer brokering deals themselves.
