Join one of the largest construction firms in the country (Engineering News-Record [ENR]: #1 in Power, #16 Top 50 Domestic Heavy Contractors, #13 Transportation Contractor). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that construction crews comply with all OSHA regulations and company safety policies </li>\n <li>Review Project Contracts, Plans and Specifications in their entirety </li>\n <li>Prepare Project Schedule and monthly updates </li>\n <li>Prepare quantity reporting, project costs cash flow projections and forecasting </li>\n <li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges, conflicts, and/or technical issues </li>\n <li>Prepare and submit Prime and Subcontractor Change Orders </li>\n <li>Manage document control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, etc. </li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain technical submittal list, NPDES permits, Storm, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and Project Progress Schedule as required </li>\n <li>Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc. </li>\n <li>Issue correspondence to subcontractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services </li>\n <li>Assist with project closeout </li>\n <li>Perform additional assignments per the Project Manager's direction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management </li>\n <li>4 or more years of experience in the civil construction field on a roadway project(s) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What's in it for you:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Financial Wellbeing</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation commensurate with experience.
