      "value": "<ul><li>Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1–2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).</li><li>Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs.</li><li>Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day-to-day system usage and continuous improvements.</li><li>Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages.</li><li>Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.</li><li>Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.</li><li>Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities with key stakeholders.</li><li>Support other HRIS-related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management).</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>3–4 years of hands-on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors.</li><li>Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.</li><li>Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.</li><li>Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.</li><li>Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage.</li><li>SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.</li><li>Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setup.</li><li>Fluent English.</li></ul>"
