Work covers full project lifecycles from concept design through construction and post-construction acceptance, with a strong interface with municipal approvals and regulatory submissions.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering, with demonstrated leadership in hydraulic modeling, municipal servicing design, and regulatory coordination across Alberta-based projects.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>&#xa0;Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead hydraulic modeling design and review for municipal water, stormwater, and wastewater systems using industry-standard software.</li><li>Deliver engineering design and planning for land development, municipal servicing, and civil infrastructure projects.</li><li>Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, technologists, and subconsultants.</li><li>Act as technical authority on stormwater management, water conveyance, and municipal servicing systems.</li><li>Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and regulatory submissions for municipal approvals.</li><li>Coordinate stakeholder engagement with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Integrate sustainable design practices, including Low Impact Development (LID) and green infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.</li><li>Conduct quality control and design review to ensure compliance, constructability, and cost-efficiency.</li><li>Monitor regulatory frameworks and industry standards, advising project teams on compliance requirements.</li><li>Promote market presence and client relationships through industry engagement and networking activities.</li></ul>",
