    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Overview: </span><br>The Proactive Value Chain Administrator (PVCA) is responsible for on-time processing of <br>proactive purchase orders requests (PORs). The goal is to make sure that proactive spares <br>are purchased strategically in cost efficient manner. The client &amp; supplier locations are not <br>only in the Philippines but are located across the different countries around the world. <br>PVCAs are also expected to other administrative tasks such as data encoding, <br>documentation, etc. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Primary Workflow:</span><br>• Cost efficient &amp; on time processing of Proactive Purchase Order Request (PPOR): <br>a. Quoting / Pricing, negotiating, evaluating &amp; selecting recommended supplier. <br>b. Seeking approval from executive team by sending complete information with <br>recommendations. <br>c. Ordering, processing of required documents &amp; tracking of shipment. <br>d. Invoicing reconciliation and settlement. <br>e. Daily reports of current open (Purchase Order Requests) POR. <br>• Obtain timely customs release and other government agency releases as <br>appropriate, arranging delivery, and insuring invoicing for services is completed <br>accurately and within the timeframe consistent with the import account and <br>company policy. <br>• On time processing of Inventory Movement Requests (IMRs). <br>a. Approval <br>b. Adjustment <br>• On time submission &amp; renewal of necessary permits regularly. <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Deliverables:</span><br>• Complete processing of POR before occurrence of another incident requiring the <br>same part. <br>• Cost efficient in transactions with suppliers. <br>• Resilient in getting the most favorable quotes for TRT. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements:</span><br>• Candidates must have a College Degree. <br>• Must have 0-2 years of experience in logistics. <br>• Thorough working knowledge of statutory importation regulations and best industry <br>practices, application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Professional <br>certification would be an advantage. <br>• Ability to handling numerous tasks within limited timeframes in a structured manner. <br>• Excellent problem-solving skills <br>• Possess positive attitude and a team player. <br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with <br>the Supply Chain Team, other departments, and the Executive Management. <br>• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook</p>",
