We are committed to helping Alaskan&rsquo;s recover.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Intensive Outpatient team delivers comprehensive behavioral health services to children and youth. Our clinicians provide individualized treatment planning, psychotherapy, and group services designed to help young people build skills and thrive within their communities. We specialize in trauma-informed and trauma-focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family-centered interventions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Alaska Behavioral Health is a recognized site within the National Child Traumatic Stress Network and serves as a training hub for childhood mental health and trauma-focused treatment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in regular individual and group supervision and be provided with additional training opportunities as part of our professional development plan</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide behavioral health services in the Anchorage area and state-wide via telehealth using evidenced-based practices including Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC). Trauma-Focused CBT, and MATCH.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and implement group programming for youth. &nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Good To Know</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position is based in Anchorage, Alaska</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full-Time, Exempt&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pay Range is $73,100 to $89,000 (Unlicensed) and $80,500 to $103,320 (Licensed) depending on experience.
