This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and equipment reliability, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will lead process improvement initiatives, collaborate with various teams, and act as a technical expert in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Identify and address safety concerns within the glass fiberization area, fostering a safe working environment.</li><li>Analyze and organize data to pinpoint sources of process inefficiencies and waste.</li><li>Utilize structured improvement methodologies to lead quality and process enhancement projects, driving profitability.</li><li>Lead small teams of hourly employees to implement process changes and conduct equipment audits.</li><li>Monitor, trend, and optimize process key performance indicators to ensure stability and capability.</li><li>Serve as the technical expert in glass fiberizing operations, troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues.</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports and formal presentations on process performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with the Maintenance &amp; Engineering team to mitigate recurring equipment failures and enhance reliability through preventive maintenance strategies.</li><li>Work closely with Quality Engineers to address quality and efficiency challenges through targeted process improvements.</li><li>Partner with equipment and material suppliers to resolve performance and quality concerns.</li><li>Develop and maintain ISO-controlled documentation while conducting internal ISO audits.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 5 years as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Expertise in formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in statistical process control software.</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Office and email communication.</li><li>Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks).</li><li>Minimal travel required.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
