Through medication assisted treatment, paired with individualized therapy, group education, and case management, the Coed Substance Use Disorder program offers a well rounded holistic approach to client&#39;s needs.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Direct supervisory responsibilities including supervision of assigned department staff based upon the needs of the department.&nbsp;&nbsp;This includes ongoing follow-up, coaching and professional development as required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinates the scheduling of our twenty-four (24) hour residential sites to ensure shift coverage; including working scheduled shifts that do not have coverage</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively participates in the assigned employees&rsquo; lifecycle, including the hiring, on-boarding, training and all other functions to foster and support employee success with ReDiscover.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Follows all the direct care guidelines and agency policies</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrate culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours a week)&nbsp;7:00-3:30, M-F</li>\r\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\r\n\t<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>At least two (2) years experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Grow With Us</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>We&rsquo;re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Counselor Technician Supervisor through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ready to join a team that&rsquo;s passionate about people?
