          "text": "<p>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</p><ul><li>Assist in programming, configuring, and troubleshooting Siemens PLCs and HMIs for mixing/compounding equipment</li><li>Support troubleshooting of control systems, drives, and instrumentation to reduce downtime.</li><li>Help maintain documentation of control programs and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers on equipment installations and process improvements.</li><li>Learn and apply safety standards and company policies in all tasks.</li><li>Support capital spending projects and implementations of new equipment</li><li>Assist and support the implementation of Factory Talk and other automation software</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects</li><li>Support and train maintenance technicians</li><li>Support TPOC, Gemba, and 5S programs</li><li>Training and coaching on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Camline, Iconics, WiriTec, among others, depending on the implementation package.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, Controls Automation, mechatronics, or related engineering field</li><li>2+ years’ experience with control systems in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical schematics and industrial networks</li><li>Knowledge of PLCs, Allen Bradley, Siemens</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledge of industrial safety standards</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Willing to work on equipment and support the production and maintenance teams</li><li>Demonstrated competency in basic use of hand tools, including multimeters</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite</li><li>The ability to work support nights and weekend shifts as needed</li></ul><p>· Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
