They manage the relationship between the customer and service department. Relaying the customers' repair needs onto paper for the technicians to accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Schedules service appointments for customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Keeps track of the service schedule </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Updates customers on their service machine progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Clearly communicates customer’s repair needs to the technicians for repair </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Remind customers of upcoming service intervals for future service appointments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Scheduling technicians service work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Assist service department in maintaining a smooth and efficient department with a high degree of customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
