          "text": "<p>The Opportunity</p><p>We're looking for a high-performing <strong>Business Operations Associate</strong> to help solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and support the scaling of our financial operations platform. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone transitioning out of investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (2–4 years of experience), eager to move into a fast-paced SaaS business environment.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li><p>Partner directly with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product, finance, and service delivery teams</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational transparency</p></li><li><p>Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and cross-functional projects</p></li><li><p>Support M&amp;A integration, pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and business case planning</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth</p></li><li><p>Operate as a versatile problem-solver—whether analyzing operational data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or optimizing internal systems and workflows</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
