    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The PRN House Manager provides flexible residential coverage and support within Ava Health’s residential programming. This position helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for residents while supporting continuity of operations across residential settings.</p>\n<p>PRN House Managers may provide scheduled coverage, bridging coverage between shifts, call-out support, and supplemental staffing support based on operational need.</p>\n<p>This role is designed as a flexible pool position with a maximum expectation of:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to two (2) twelve-hour shifts per week</li>\n<li>Occasional shorter bridging shifts, typically four (4) hours in duration</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled based on program need and staff availability.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct oversight and monitoring of residents to ensure compliance with program rules and house guidelines</li>\n<li>Facilitate daily house routines, including meals, chores, curfew compliance, and community activities</li>\n<li>Support residents through positive engagement, structure, and professional relationship-building</li>\n<li>Conduct routine house checks and room inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards</li>\n<li>Communicate resident concerns, incidents, and operational issues promptly to clinical leadership and supervisors</li>\n<li>Assist residents with accessing resources and support services as appropriate</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation, logs, and shift communication</li>\n<li>Support continuity of care and operational stability during staffing transitions, schedule gaps, or increased program need</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commitment to Ava Health’s core values of Agency, Service, and Purpose</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to manage conflict and maintain boundaries compassionately and consistently</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently within a structured residential environment</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of behavioral health, recovery support, and trauma-informed engagement</li>\n<li>Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation</li>\n<li>Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic residential environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in behavioral health, social services, or related fields preferred</li>\n<li>At least one (1) year of experience in residential services, behavioral health, recovery support, or related environments preferred</li>\n<li>Current BLS/CPR certification required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining required certifications</li>\n<li>If in recovery, a minimum of 1 year of sustained sobriety is required</li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible scheduling based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to successfully function both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Classification</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PRN / As-Needed Position</li>\n<li>Non-benefited position unless otherwise required by law or Company policy</li>\n<li>Hours and scheduling based on operational need and employee availability</li>\n</ul>",
