This role requires a hands-on operator who can make data-informed decisions, solve problems independently, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Planning &amp; Execution (Core Ownership)</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage demand and supply planning for key SKUs, ensuring optimal inventory levels and service performance</li>\n<li>Generate and manage purchase orders, working closely with suppliers to meet lead times and MOQ constraints</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA, ensuring timely replenishment and stock health</li>\n<li>Translate sales trends, campaign inputs, and historical data into practical replenishment decisions</li>\n<li>Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI agents to streamline forecasting, PO generation, inventory tracking, and risk management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Problem Solving &amp; Operations</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and resolve supply chain issues (stockouts, delays, excess inventory) with a structured and proactive approach</li>\n<li>Make decisions in uncertain or fast-changing conditions, balancing service levels, cost, and inventory risk</li>\n<li>Work with logistics partners and 3PLs to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Process Improvement</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve existing workflows (planning, reporting, replenishment) to increase efficiency and reduce errors</li>\n<li>Support the use of automation tools and systems to streamline supply chain processes</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate data and ensure consistency across systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cross-Functional Coordination</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align supply with campaigns and launches</li>\n<li>Provide clear updates on stock risks, replenishment plans, and operational issues</li>\n<li>Support S&amp;OP discussions with data and operational insights</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Supplier &amp; Stakeholder Management</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, shipment timelines, and issue resolution</li>\n<li>Support sourcing and cost optimization initiatives where relevant<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Skills &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with:</li>\n<li>Demand or supply planning</li>\n<li>Inventory management and replenishment</li>\n<li>ERP/MRP systems</li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)</li>\n<li>Good problem-solving ability and structured thinking</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</li>\n<li>Able to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process optimization</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed</li>\n</ul>",
